Teacher Toolkit

As a school counsellor I work with many dedicated teachers who spend time supporting their pupils with their mental, physical and emotional health.  I feel passionate about supporting the teaching profession in highlighting the need for good self-care and professional boundaries.  Here is a menu of support for school staff to access and create their own wellbeing toolkit.

Wellbeing is not something that can be taught - it must be felt - therefore I wish to empower staff to choose the wellbeing activities that suit their own needs.  This menu is underpin by the principles of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing ~ GIVE ~ TAKE NOTICE ~ BE ACTIVE ~ CONNECT ~ KEEP LEARNING.
