Course Overview
Every one of us lives inside a story, a story about who we are, what we deserve and what’s possible for us. Sometimes, those stories lift us up. Other times, they quietly hold us back.

Inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Milton Erickson, JIMOTS is a gentle, creative course that helps you uncover the deeper patterns in your life and reshape them through the power of therapeutic storytelling.

Across six guided sessions, you’ll explore your inner world, using creative outlets, your own healing metaphors and begin to live from a new narrative - one that reflects your strength, hope, and growth.
