To enable staff in schools to support their pupils' mental well-health I offer Inset day training sessions. These training sessions are aimed at exploring the emotional challenges faced by pupils and empowering staff to indentify and support pupils mental health.

What is Mental Health First Aid
(MHFA) training?
MHFA England runs a one day training course to give trainees practical advice on how to understand and support young people facing issues such as depression and anxiety, as well as what to do when encountering signs of other serious mental health conditions.
Every secondary school in England is entitled to one free place on a Youth MHFA One Day course through the Youth MHFA in Schools programme.
